FLOORINGS AND SURFACES
Complementary solutions for our WATERPROOFING SYSTEMS and floorings.
Principally used in the preparation of minor leveling as a support for the WATERPROOFING SYSTEMS which require it and slight differences in level, for different structural heights – “Lightweight filler”.
MORTEROS
SELF-LEVELING MORTAR – “CHAPA LÍQUIDA” (LIQUID SHEETING)
A self-leveling mortar – Chapa Liquida*, is a plastic leveling mortar with a liquid consistency, for medium thicknesses (40 / 80 mm) used as a base for leveling and the support of floating waterproofing systems with a 0 slope, as well as vinyl, wooden, parquet and carpeted floors in building interiors.
Their specific characteristics, thanks to the addition of additives, air-entraining elements and consolidants, provide greater fluidity, producing a smooth level finish.
*GRUPO IRACO has been a pioneer in the introduction of this new technology onto the national market, being the first Spanish company to produce screeds of mechanically pumpable self-leveling cement based mortars designed for floor leveling.
SELF-LEVELING LOW THICKNESS MORTARS
SUPPLIED IN SACKS. There are a multitude of self-leveling mortars available, depending on the minimum thickness necessary for leveling purposes, the resistance to traction and the minimum adherence necessary for subsequent floorings and planimetric technical specifications.
PROJECTED MORTAR SHEETING
SEMI-DRY MORTAR
This is of dry or semi-dry consistency, made of Portland or special cement and washed river sand with an optimum grading curve for the formation of leveling screeds.
Their quantity and dose will vary depending on the nature and grading curve of the aggregate. Assessing this variable is essential as the resistance will depend on the compression of the mortar and the mechanical pumping of the latter.
CONCRETES
Concrete is agglomerate composed of cement, sand, different graded aggregate, additives and water which, combined with iron or steel reinforcement, is used as a basic structural element in all types of buildings and construction.
Currently it is widely used as a decorative element in interior design projects, producing coloured and thematic walls, and a multitude of finishes for highly resistance and decorative floorings and decks.
